Ableism! I’m assuming you will also be providing and update on Joe Biden’s cognitive decline? I’m guessing we will get that tomorrow or over the weekend? You sound a lot like Trump, he also mocked an individual with a disability on live television.  Joe’s confusion, command of the English language, falls and shaking hands of individuals not there, has been strangely omitted in your reporting, would be happy to catch you guys up on that topic (where’s Jackie)! NPR has forfeited their right to talk about health after misinformation on Covid, the propping up of Joe Biden and ramming Fetterman down our throats. How can disabled people feel represented, if we don’t have disabled people in office (was what I was told during the 2022 election)? I would also encourage NPR to take its own advice, just replace “Black” with the disability and if it sounds raciest then it’s wrong. Personally I think term limits would help with not only individual’s ability to serve but also corruption.

But we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that disabled Americans shouldn’t be scorned from running for office, they should be encouraged to.
