The joke about Foster and Covid might have gone a little too far but these actors were not forced into these roles, they took the part, knowing what was required and were paid lots of money for it. Comedy has to be edgy and a have a glimmer of truth to be funny. This article also gives a trigger warning

The premise for the song, in general, is wading into iffy territory, but the fact MacFarlane cited moments like Jodie Foster in "The Accused," in which her character is brutally gang-raped, twisted this "joke" into a flagrant glorification of sexual assault.
