I believe Michael Richards was one of the first to be canceled. Was it ok what he did? Absolutely not! However, as a society do we ever forgive someone? What about second chances the left preaches about? A “handful” of activists were livid by the situation and the owner “facing outrage” made a rapid decision and banned Richards from The Laugh Factory. What is the standard for being forgiven by the mob? Can it be applied equally and consistently across the board?
