When we discuss the Maralago raid, the left really does not have a whole lot of ground to stand on. Even to begin the conversation we have to find common ground that the entire Clinton criminal crew is guilty of similar things. Trump’s boxes were most likely collecting dust while Hillary had “classified information” on a private server AND Sandy Berger “accidentally” dropped documents in his pants and “accidentally” cut them with scissors. 

I’ll give all the morally and ethically correct, high road walking libs a pass. We don’t even have to acknowledge that this entire investigation started because her good friend Anthony Weiner was sexting a 15 year old girl.

CNN goes on to claim that everything about this entire investigation is beyond precedent and then claims that the FBI has “usurped” the DOJ and made decisions whether to bring charges without their input. Attorney General Eric Holder even thought the FBI made a mistake and that they might have severe implications in the upcoming election.

Comey’s decision adds to the unusual role he has played in the Clinton email probe, which some critics have said usurped the role of prosecutors in the Justice Department whose job is to review FBI findings and make decisions on whether to bring charges.

Comey made the unprecedented move in July to publicly announce that he would recommend no charges be brought in the email investigation, saying that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such charges. He made the July announcement without providing prior notice to Justice officials.
