The Biden administration should have pushed back on Putin long before he invaded an independent nation. Putin loves to intimidate, be the top dog in the room and even humiliate top oligarchs in his own country. With empty promises of a better future his citizens loved him. Putin had a healthy fear/respect for Trump and does not even acknowledge slow Joe.
