Newsome News: Crime in California is on the rise. Except arrest are significantly lower! Look at the statistics at the bottom of the report, the total number of reported homicides in 2021 was 2,361. 660 civilians were involved in incidents with a police officer that involved the discharge of a firearm or use of force results in serious injury of the civilian, 25.5% of those civilians were white and 16.7% were black. 1,462 officers were involved in an incident that involved the discharge of a firearm or use of force resulting in injury of that officer.

    • 83.8% were not injured;
    • 15.9% were injured; and
    • 0.3% died.

The statement quoted in this article by a Ukraine Intelligence official is the most reliable source. Even though this idea is interesting and may bring some comfort to Ukraine.
