A Crime + Motivation for committing the crime bases on bias = Hate Crime. A more in depth definition hate crime laws include crimes committed on the basis of the victim’s perceived or actual religion etc. The DOJ then defines a crime. The "crime" in hate crime is often a violent crime, such as ARSON, VANDALISM, etc. or threats to commit such crimes. Please investigate the pro-abortion attacks as hate crimes.
