She really wanted abortion to be a woman’s right and have little to do with privacy. She actually believed Roe V. Wade did not help woman with equality but turned it into “tall doctor and the little woman who needs him”. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg had several critiques about the Roe V. Wade decision and said that it was too “sweeping” of a law. SHE was even quoted saying that the Roe decision had nothing to do with women’s rights or “the woman’s choice” but was more “physician-centered”.
